Responsibility:
Monitor and analyze display technologies, and adjacent industry developments; summarize findings into actionable reports for internal stakeholders Support identification of potential business opportunities, cooperation candidates, and novel application areas for LG Display's current and future products — including preliminary outreach to technology partners Assist in screening business opportunities by researching market landscapes, benchmarking competitors, and risk assessment under senior guidance Research potential partners, innovative technologies, products, and services aligned with the company's open innovation strategy; prepare materials for opportunity reviews Support the preparation of collaboration proposals and partnership documentation Prepare technology/market briefings and reports Assist in coordinating schedules and protocol for executive meetings Comply with the company's policy and procedures Perform other related duties as assigned Expected base salary: $70,000 ~ $95,000 (the salary offered will depend on several factors including years of experiences, levels, education, training, and internal employees) Requirements 3-5 years of experience in technology research or R D; exposure to business development is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field (preferred) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred Authorized to work for any U.S. employer Benefits Heath, Dental and Vision and Life Insurance covered at 100% for employees 401(K) plan with company match Paid Vacation/Sick Lunch provided
