WorkLand Staffing Cypress, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $24 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Customer returns handling Lead generation Schedule management B2B Prospecting Product demos Full Job Description Summary/Objective The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for processing purchase orders, creating sales orders, processing return-of-merchandise orders, entering CRM (Salesforce) account information, providing product quotes and information to existing accounts and new prospects. Essential Functions Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs, and proactive outbound activity. Executes high volume outbound telephone activity to identify appropriate contacts, qualify leads, and drive opportunities through the sales pipeline. Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline. Maintains a rigorous schedule of prospecting calls to ensure contacts do not go cold and the pipeline remains consistently filled. A lot of calling prospects Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company's established trading partners and new business targets. Ensures suspect identification, planning, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels. Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services. Works closely with Support, Account Management, and Business Development to coordinate solution delivery. Responds to requests from customers for information, gives online presentations, and offers our full payment solution stack. Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations. Remains knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure, payment hardware, and e-commerce industries. Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports regarding call volume and pipeline health. Other duties as assigned.
