Titan Consulting Group is a growing sales and marketing organization looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Brand Representatives . We work directly with customers inside local retail locations, representing established brands and helping customers learn about current technology products, services, and promotions. We're looking for individuals who are competitive, personable, coachable, and motivated by results . Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and confidence communicating with customers are what matter most. As a Brand Representative , you'll interact with customers face to face, identify their needs, explain available products and services, and help them select solutions that fit their needs. Responsibilities Represent our clients and their brands inside retail locations Engage with customers face to face and identify their needs Educate customers on products, services, promotions, and features Deliver clear and professional product presentations Build rapport and provide a positive customer experience Assist customers throughout the sales process Work toward individual and team performance goals Maintain a professional and positive presence Build relationships with customers, retail staff, and management Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers Positive attitude and willingness to learn Competitive and goal-oriented mindset Coachable and receptive to feedback Dependable and professional Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Technology or telecommunications experience is a plus Who Does Well in This Role People with backgrounds in retail, customer service, athletics, hospitality, leadership, or team-oriented environments often transition well into this position.
