The District Office of Joshua Sharp is seeking motivated sales professionals who thrive in a performance-focused setting and are ready to develop advanced skills in consultative selling, business development, and client relationship management. This is more than a traditional insurance sales role. You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals while learning proven strategies for prospecting, marketing, customer retention, and business growth. No insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and support for obtaining the necessary licenses. What You'll Do Connect with prospective clients through networking, referrals, outreach, and community engagement Identify customer needs and recommend personalized Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance solutions Manage a consistent pipeline of leads, appointments, and follow-up activities Build long-term client relationships focused on trust, retention, and service Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and business development initiatives Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, sales execution, and professional development Contribute to a positive, results-oriented team environment What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities Monday-Friday schedule Health, dental, and vision insurance Comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training Ongoing mentorship and sales coaching Support for obtaining Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses Career growth and advancement opportunities The support and resources of a nationally recognized insurance brand What We're Looking For Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or leadership preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability Goal-oriented and comfortable working toward measurable objectives Coachable and open to feedback Confident engaging with new people and building professional relationships Interest in long-term career growth and increased responsibility Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, if required About the District Office of Joshua Sharp We develop professionals from diverse backgrounds by providing hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to proven business development strategies.
