About Us We're a growing, family-run pest control company serving Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. Our reputation is built on trust, results, and personal service. We're expanding fast and looking for someone sharp, dependable, and motivated to join our office team. This isn't your typical "answer-the-phone" office job — we're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and knows how to close a deal over the phone. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls, educate customers, and sell pest control and termite programs Schedule pest and termite services for our technicians Follow up with customers for renewals, add-ons, and estimates Handle daily call logs, confirmations, and customer follow-ups Keep technicians' routes optimized and organized Work closely with the general manager to improve call flow and sales Pay & Incentives $20-$25/hour (depending on experience) Paid training Growth opportunities — this role can evolve into office manager or inside sales lead Who You Are A great communicator with a friendly, confident phone presence Comfortable educating and closing sales — without being pushy Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple calls and tasks Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (comfortable learning CRM/scheduling software) Ideally have experience in pest control, HVAC, plumbing, or home services Experience (Preferred, Not Required) 2+ years in customer service, sales, or scheduling (phone-based preferred) Experience using service industry software (PestPac, Housecall Pro, etc.) Local candidates only — this position is in-office in Fillmore, CA Why You'll Love Working Here Tight-knit, family-owned company where your work actually matters Clear path for growth — your ideas and performance are recognized Stable hours (Mon-Fri, no weekends)
