We're seeking motivated individuals to join our acquisitions team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a predominantly phone-based role where you'll spend most of your day making outbound calls to motivated sellers, building rapport, qualifying leads, and negotiating purchase contracts over the phone. No door-knocking or in-person meetings required•everything is handled remotely via phone and CRM tools.Key Responsibilities:
Make 175+ outbound calls per day using provided leads and dialer software Follow proven scripts to engage homeowners, uncover their needs, and present cash offer solutions Qualify leads, gather property details, and negotiate terms to secure contracts Build and maintain relationships with sellers through follow-up calls Enter lead and deal information into our CRM system Collaborate with the team to close deals quickly and efficientlyQualifications:
Excellent communication and phone skills (persuasive, empathetic, and resilient) Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling objections Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus, but not required) Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Sales or customer service experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome•we provide comprehensive training! Pay is bi-weekly then paid on the day the deal closes.
