Job Description

Join OS Business Concepts California, a sales and development firm, as a Client Sales Representative and help customers explore AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions in the Bay area. The Client Sales Representative works directly with customers to provide product information, answer service questions, and support sales interactions focused on customer satisfaction and long-term value. As a Client Sales Representative, you will assist customers face to face with AT&T wireless plans, devices, internet services, and account support while helping create a positive customer experience. The Client Sales Representative plays an important role in building customer relationships, explaining available services, and helping customers choose options that best fit their needs. Core Functions of the Client Sales Representative Engage with customers in person to provide information about AT&T products, wireless plans, devices, and internet services Assist customers with account questions, service options, and product recommendations Support sales interactions by identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate AT&T solutions Educate customers on available promotions, upgrades, and bundled service options Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during all interactions Collaborate with team members to support daily sales and customer service goals Help create a positive experience for every customer the Client Sales Representative interacts with Accurately document customer interactions and follow company guidelines and compliance standards Continuously learn about AT&T products, services, and current offerings to better support customers Represent the company professionally as a Client Sales Representative during customer interactions Preferred Skills for the Client Sales Representative Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and adapt during customer interactions Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn sales and customer service techniques Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
Pay:
$57,396.28 - $69,122.40 per year
