In this role, you will be the driving force behind managing client relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication between our sales department and clients. Duties Coordinate and support outside sales efforts by assisting with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up activities to expand our client base. Manage existing accounts through regular communication, upselling opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist in developing territory management strategies to optimize coverage and maximize sales potential across designated regions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, highlighting features and benefits aligned with their needs. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Support marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, promotional events, and outreach efforts to boost brand visibility. Engage in cold calling and direct sales activities to generate new business opportunities within target markets. Collaborate with internal teams on product updates, pricing strategies, and sales forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships. Assist with inside sales activities including order processing, follow-up communications, and territory reporting. Experience Strong management skills with a track record of handling multiple accounts or territories effectively. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and closing deals confidently. Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and customer interactions. Experience in technical or technology sales is a plus; familiarity with product specifications will enhance your success. Ability to analyze sales data for insights that inform strategy adjustments and growth opportunities. Prior experience in retail or direct sales environments can be advantageous but is not mandatory.
