This role is essential in ensuring excellent in-store execution, optimizing product displays, and actively driving sales and customer engagement.

Territory:

Merced, Madera, Fresno, Mendota, Kerman, Selma, Redleen, Tulare, Visalia, Arving Key Responsibilities Increase product visibility and sales performance at assigned retail locations. Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked displays and shelves. Rotate inventory and ensure proper pricing and promotional labeling. Install and maintain POP materials and promotional displays in strategic store locations. Complete and submit daily and weekly sales, inventory, and activity reports. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and merchandising guidelines during store visits. Support additional merchandising and sales execution activities as needed. Complete routes assigned on a timely manner Qualifications Proactive attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to work toward sales goals and performance targets. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage routes independently. Previous experience in merchandising, field sales, or similar roles is a plus. Valid driver´s license Fluent Spanish required. Conversational English preferred.
