$19/hour + sales commission Commission structure will be discussed during the interview. Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Fullerton, CA. This position focuses on selling kitchen cabinets, sinks, LED mirrors, flooring, vanities, and bathroom products to customers, contractors, builders, designers, dealers, and related business clients. The ideal candidate should have sales experience in cabinets, building materials, kitchen and bath products, flooring, home improvement, or a related field. Candidates with existing customer resources are preferred. Responsibilities Develop new customers and follow up with existing leads Sell kitchen cabinets, bathroom products, flooring, and related building materials Communicate with contractors, builders, designers, dealers, remodelers, and retail/business customers Assist customers with product selection and provide basic product information Follow up on quotes, orders, customer questions, and project needs Maintain customer records, sales activity notes, and follow-up status Support showroom sales and/or outside sales activities as needed Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, delivery, and order processing Meet or exceed sales goals Provide good customer service before and after the sale Requirements Previous sales experience preferred Experience in kitchen cabinets, building materials, kitchen & bath, flooring, remodeling, construction materials, or home improvement preferred Experience working with contractors, builders, designers, dealers, or business customers is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable making calls, following up with leads, and developing new customers Ability to learn product knowledge and explain product features to customers Self-motivated, responsible, and results-driven Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills, including email, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales tracking tools Bilingual English/Chinese preferred but not required Required Skills Sales Customer service Lead generation Customer follow-up Product presentation Negotiation Building customer relationships Inside sales / outside sales Basic product knowledge Communication skills Time management Basic computer skills Order follow-up Attention to detail
