Golden Age Dental Care provides mobile dental services to older adults and people with special needs in care homes throughout California. Our core values— innovation, experience, compassion, integrity, and service —guide our commitment to resident care and our partnerships with healthcare facilities. We are seeking a personable, organized, and proactive Business Relations Specialist to strengthen existing facility partnerships and support new business development throughout Southern California.
This role has two priorities:
keeping our current partners engaged and well supported, and creating opportunities to expand our services. You will serve as a visible, responsive point of contact for facility teams while working closely with the Director of Business Relations to support regional growth. What You'll Do
  • Strengthen facility relationships. Conduct regular visits to partner facilities and build productive relationships with administrators, social services professionals, nursing leadership, and other key contacts.
  • Support new business development. Identify prospective partners, conduct outreach, coordinate introductions and meetings, and follow up consistently on opportunities.
  • Represent Golden Age in the community. Participate in industry events, conferences, seminars, and tabletop exhibits to increase awareness of our services and connect with healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate our value. Clearly explain Golden Age's services, commitment to quality, and innovative approaches to supporting residents and facility teams.
  • Support event planning and coordination. Work collaboratively to plan Lunch & Learns, networking events, seminars, conferences, and other outreach initiatives; confidently take ownership of assigned event tasks.
  • Represent Golden Age at trade shows. Staff exhibits and tabletops, welcome attendees, initiate conversations, communicate our services, and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with event logistics. Help coordinate invitations, registration, venues, vendors, materials, supplies, on-site setup, and follow-up, in partnership with colleagues.
  • Coordinate responses and follow-through. Gather facility feedback, document concerns and requests, and collaborate with the appropriate internal departments to help resolve issues and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Stay organized and accountable. Maintain accurate contact records, visit notes, outreach activity, and next steps in our customer relationship management system. Support marketing initiatives and special projects assigned by the Director of Business Relations. What You'll Bring
  • Experience in business development, client relations, account support, marketing, or a related customer-facing role. Healthcare or skilled nursing facility experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the confidence to introduce yourself, lead professional conversations, and represent the company at events.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage facility visits, outreach, and multiple priorities independently.
  • Sound judgment, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to handle concerns professionally and collaborate across departments.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software to document activity and manage follow-up.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly throughout Southern California , including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.
