$65,000 - $75,000/year + commission eligibility Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, and qualifying leads. Key Responsibilities Conduct high volume of outbound calls per day to prospective customers. Generate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach efforts. Set appointments and hand off qualified leads to outside sales representatives. Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and accurately track all activities within the CRM system. Build relationships with potential customers and effectively communicate company products and services. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and lead-generation targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales activities. Qualifications Experience in food service industry preferred. CRM experience preferred. Proven experience in inside sales, business development, lead generation, or a related sales role. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Commission eligible. Additional benefits offered in accordance with company policies.
