Compensation 53K - 58K Annual Salary Responsibilities Provides excellent customer service to incoming callers Sorts ready-mix and aggregate tickets Audits ticket times and reports any discrepancies to upper management Works collaboratively with other departments to ensure accuracy and aids in resolving any ticket issues Provides administrative support to the sales team as needed Files, reconciles CODs, contacts customers and provides updates Sends credit applications to potential customers and processes various customer requests Handles inquiries and complaints Performs other duties as assigned Education High school diploma/GED Requirements/Qualifications Prior experience in an administrative support role Able to work in a highly collaborative environment Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective professional working relationships with staff and customers Strong computer and accurate data entry skills Excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime as needed 2 years of transportation/delivery in the construction materials industry preferred Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated on-going drug and alcohol testing.
