Job Description
Job Overview True Marker Pharmaceuticals is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow our pharmacy customer base. This role is focused on finding and opening new pharmacy accounts. You will reach out to independent pharmacies, introduce our products, explain basic pricing and reimbursement opportunities, and help interested pharmacies complete the account setup process. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys talking to people, and wants to grow in pharmaceutical sales. Duties Make outbound calls, follow-ups, and emails to independent pharmacies. Introduce True Marker Pharmaceuticals and our available products. Identify interested pharmacies and explain the next steps to open an account. Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM. Work with management to hit weekly and monthly account-opening goals. Skills Strong communication skills. Comfortable making phone calls and following up consistently. Organized and able to track leads properly. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Sales, customer service, or call center experience is a plus, but not required. Pharmaceutical, pharmacy, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. What Success Looks Like A successful BDR is someone who is consistent, coachable, and able to turn conversations into new pharmacy accounts. You do not need to be an expert in pharmaceuticals on day one. We will provide training, scripts, product information, and a clear sales process. Compensation This position is paid hourly and includes performance-based bonuses for opening new pharmacy accounts and meeting sales development goals.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $112,000.00 per yearBenefits:
