In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect recreational vehicle to fit their lifestyle and needs. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend suitable RV options Demonstrate RV features, benefits, and functionality Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to purchase Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals Ensure the showroom and lot are clean, organized, and presentable

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience preferred (automotive or RV sales a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work weekends and flexible hours Basic computer skills Valid driver's license required Vehicle Salesperson License required after
