Commission Responsibilities:

Associate emphasizes product knowledge, providing information on product features, and knowing related items to sell an entire project. Greet and engage customers, ask questions, and listen to their needs in order to make recommendations and inspire customers to select the perfect product. Promote and support the KZ Kitchen brand through professional selling and exceptional customer service. We strive to measure and fit every customer to ensure they are receiving the best product for their needs. Be knowledgeable and up to date on company communication, product knowledge, priorities, and any additional information required by the Store Manager. Connects and develops strong relationships with clients in order to build and maintain a strong client following. Able to draw a design and give out a quotation to the customer after training Qualifications No previous sales experience required, training will be provided. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, design, and the brand. Able to speak clearly and understandably over the telephone and in-person Ability to work varied hours, including weekend day, as needed Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to follow company policies and procedures.
