We craft premium stone countertops for kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces, and we take pride in delivering an exceptional experience from the first consultation to the final install. We're looking for a driven sales professional who wants to build a rewarding career with a company that sets them up to succeed. What You'll Do You'll meet with Costco Members in their homes across the East Bay — including Danville, Livermore, San Ramon, Dublin, and Pleasanton — to help them bring their vision to life. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role where you'll assess needs, present our product line, provide project estimates, and close sales. You'll manage your own schedule and own your pipeline from first contact to signed contract. What We Offer We remove the biggest obstacle in sales: finding your own leads. All leads are provided through Costco retail locations, online channels, and our in-store Lead Generators — with a steady, year-round flow. You're also free to generate additional leads outside the Costco program. Leads provided — no cold prospecting required Flexible, self-directed schedule 1099 employment status Uncapped commission with $70K-$90K+ earning potential Ongoing training and support 401(k) What We're Looking For 3+ years of proven sales experience Must be comfortable asking for the sale Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools Home renovation or remodeling experience is a bonus, but not required Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance Must be able to obtain a HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) license via background check Compensation This is a 100% commission role. Our consultants consistently reach $70K-$90K through the Costco program. You can generate your own leads outside of the Costco program to earn additional commission.
