Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage pricing strategies effectively to ensure competitive offers while maintaining profitability. Assist with merchandising displays to attract customer attention and increase product visibility. Handle heavy lifting when necessary to unload deliveries or set up promotional displays safely. Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike. Follow safety protocols during commercial driving and route driving tasks, ensuring compliance with traffic laws. Support the team with organizational tasks such as route planning, inventory checks, and reporting. Skills Proven ability in sales techniques with a focus on upselling and customer engagement. Strong understanding of pricing strategies and how they impact sales performance. Valid driving license with experience in route driving and commercial driving preferred. Excellent math skills for handling transactions, pricing calculations, and inventory management. Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey product benefits and negotiate effectively. Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional approach. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during merchandising or delivery tasks. Organizational skills for managing routes, schedules, and sales documentation efficiently. Knowledge of merchandising principles to optimize product displays in-store or at client locations.
