Founded by Kym Battaglia, visionary and deeply respected design professional, we have built a reputation as the trusted, go-to partner for architects, designers, and builders. Our mission is to collaborate, inspire, and elevate residential and commercial spaces to the highest standard using a curated collection of exclusive, world-renowned materials. We have our flagstaff store in Lomita, and are opening our second location soon on PCH in Hermosa Beach. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative/ Design Expert role based in Hermosa Beach, CA. The role involves assisting clients in selecting tile and stone products, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing design expertise tailored to their project needs. Responsibilities include offering personalized customer service, managing sales transactions, upholding showroom standards, collaborating with team members, and staying informed about product offerings, design trends, and material applications. You will play a pivotal, hands-on role in introducing BattagliaStile to the Hermosa Beach community, shaping the energy of the new showroom, and directly helping us grow this location from day one. Qualifications Strong sales skills, including relationship building, consultative selling, and achieving sales goals Proficiency in interior design principles, material selection, and a keen eye for design aesthetics Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, designers, and architects Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure customer satisfaction Ability to learn and stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and new design materials Previous experience in interior design, retail sales, or a related field Proficiency with design tools or software is a plus Passion for helping clients bring their design visions to life
