License #1118875 Residential & Commercial Plumbing Banderas Plumbing is looking for an experienced, high-producing Plumbing Sales Technician who knows how to diagnose plumbing problems, build trust with customers, identify additional opportunities, and close profitable plumbing solutions. This is a sales-driven technician position . We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of producing $50,000-$100,000+ in monthly revenue and can provide verifiable proof of production. You will work closely with our Sales Supervisor and will be responsible for turning qualified leads into completed plumbing repairs, replacements, and larger projects. What You Will Do Run residential and commercial plumbing service calls and sales opportunities. Arrive on time, clean-cut, professional, and properly prepared. Diagnose plumbing problems accurately and explain the issue clearly to the customer. Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and decision-makers. Present repair and replacement options in a professional, no-pressure manner. Identify additional plumbing problems and opportunities while inspecting the property. Maximize each lead by identifying legitimate plumbing needs that can be addressed during the visit. Generate additional revenue through repairs, replacements, repipes, water heaters, drain and sewer services, leak repairs, fixtures, and other plumbing solutions. Take photos, document findings, and communicate recommendations clearly. Present professional estimates and close jobs. Follow up with customers and unsold opportunities when necessary. Work closely with the Sales Supervisor to improve closing rates, average ticket, and overall production. Maintain a professional appearance, vehicle, tools, and work area. Provide an exceptional customer experience from arrival through completion. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a plumbing service technician, sales technician, or plumbing sales professional . Demonstrated ability to produce $50,000-$100,000+ per month . Proof of production is required — previous invoices, commission statements, production reports, or other verifiable documentation may be requested. Strong plumbing diagnostic skills. Strong sales and communication skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability. Comfortable presenting options and asking for the sale. Able to identify additional legitimate plumbing opportunities. Must be able to work independently while also working closely with management. Must have your own professional plumbing hand tools and power tools . Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
