Life:
This full-time position is an opportunity to join our sales team and elevate your career with one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. As such, we are looking for a bright and energetic individual able to handle multiple tasks with ease and with great attention to detail. Daily activities shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Build customer relationships via exceptional levels of service to ensure customer satisfaction, account retention, and revenue generation Develop accounts by checking customer's buying history, suggest related and new items, explaining technical features Resolve customer product and service issues by providing sales-related solutions utilizing common and alternative sources of information Understand customer needs/requirements and suggest appropriate products that match customer expectations Close sales and follow up on open quotes and requests Exercise independent judgment to answer calls/emails to sell our products Consult with other team members to locate the most effective sources of information Work closely with vendors to produce quotes, expedite orders and locate sources for product Support outside sales representatives where needed Provide customer service using all tools available including, but not limited to, email and the internet Participate in vendor training to increase product knowledge and awareness of new technology Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required Represent All Industrial Tool Supply in a highly professional manner at all times Your experience includes: A "hunter" personality- willingness to pick up the phone and ask questions to understand the customer's need to close a mutually beneficial sale Industry experience and/or knowledge of machine shop activities, tools used, etc. (helpful but we will train the right candidate). Industrial distribution or will-call counter experience is strongly preferred Proven record of sales success and history of sales accomplishments Stellar business ethics Professional demeanor, vibrant personality, and the ability to instill trust in prospects and customers Ability to sustain a self-motivated, consistent high level of focus and enthusiasm on a daily basis Excellent oral and written communication, active listening, and customer service skills Ability to communicate clearly through email, telephone, and in-person Proficiency in writing effective correspondence Capacity to convey ideas effectively and sell a variety of products Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently A High School Diploma or equivalent
