BASE + COMMISSION

Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at OMG Jump Inc. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and helping clients find the right products for their party rental or event needs. You will be engaging with both wholesale and retail customers in-store, over the phone, and online via text and social media. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring a professional and enjoyable buying experience. Responsibilities & Daily Tasks Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via text, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and web chat Create and email customer quotes and invoices Operate Shopify POS (in-store) and Shopify Website (online) to process sales accurately Request and compare shipping quotes (small parcel vs LTL freight brokers such as Priority1, R+L, SAIA, etc.) Sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor and showroom Restock merchandise and update display areas when needed Conduct simple product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish Assist both retail customers (small orders/pickups) and wholesale customers (bulk orders/pallets) Accurately enter customer data and maintain records with high attention to detail Follow up on pending quotes, leads, and abandoned inquiries Assist with inventory checks and receive updates from warehouse when needed Maintain store cleanliness and uphold positive brand representation Additional Wholesale & Shipping Knowledge (Preferred) Ability to compare freight pricing between parcel shipping and LTL freight Understanding how pallet count, weight, and dimensions affect shipping quotes Experience working with wholesale pricing tiers, palletized orders, and bulk orders Qualifications ✔ Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred ✔ Familiarity with POS systems (Shopify POS experience is a plus) ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & Spanish (required) ✔ Basic math skills to calculate totals, deposits, and shipping estimates ✔ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ✔ Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through skills ✔ High level of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism ✔ A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn ✔ Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated Preferred (Not Required) Knowledge of freight quoting and logistics Experience selling to wholesale/bulk customers Experience in the party rental or event supply industry Familiarity with CRM or lead follow-up strategies

Schedule & Compensation Full-Time:
