Job Description

Golden Coast Connectivity is hiring an AT&T Sales Representative to work directly with clients in the greater Orange County area, with our office in Westminster. This is a full-time, in-person, face-to-face role focused on building relationships with local businesses and helping them find the right telecommunications solutions. If you're professional, confident, and motivated by results, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on customer service and sales experience while growing within a supportive, team-driven environment. As an AT&T Sales Representative, you'll meet directly with business owners and decision-makers, present tailored solutions, and guide clients through the full sales process from introduction to enrollment. AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Meet face-to-face with local business clients to assess their telecommunications needs Present and explain AT&T internet and telecommunications solutions clearly and professionally Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to account activation Track client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity accurately Collaborate with team members to improve territory strategy and overall sales performance Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets
AT&T Sales Representative Qualifications:
Background in sales, retail, customer service, or client-facing roles is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with clients face-to-face and open to building your interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a competitive, self-driven mindset Coachable and eager to grow into leadership opportunities
AT&T Sales Representative Perks & Benefits:
Position :
Full-time Pay Structure:
Performance-based compensation (Commission-based)
Pay:
70-$250 per order. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee. Hands-on training in sales strategy, communication, and closing techniques. Clear path to leadership and management roles with consistent skills building workshops Gain valuable experience working directly with clients and decision-makers. Collaborative culture focused on development, accountability, and success. Build transferable skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and business development.
Pay:
$900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
