We're looking for motivated, goal-oriented sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, helping customers, and earning uncapped commission in a high-energy call center environment. Uncapped commission with strong earning potential Warm leads and existing customer base — no cold calling Represent a respected wellness brand with a longstanding reputation Ongoing coaching, training, and support to help you succeed Professional, teamoriented work environment Opportunity for career growth and advancement Help customers learn about natural wellness, nutrition, and healthy living solutions What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound sales and customer support calls Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and CRM communication Educate customers on wellness products, promotions, and subscription programs Recommend products and services based on customer needs and purchase history Follow up with customers to drive engagement, retention, and repeat sales Upsell and crosssell products while delivering excellent customer service Overcome objections professionally and confidently Accurately document customer interactions and account updates in CRM systems Resolve customer concerns, payment issues, and account discrepancies Meet or exceed sales goals, call activity expectations, and performance metrics Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and product education What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year of sales, call center, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask, manage follow-ups, and stay organized. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required. Compensation Hourly base pay plus uncapped commission. Top performers have strong earning potential based on sales performance. Work Environment This position works in a collaborative call center environment with open workstations and team-based support. Calls are monitored for quality assurance and training purposes. Representatives spend extended periods using a computer, headset, and phone system throughout the workday. Benefits are offered for all full-time employees. Medical, dental, vision are available at 30 days of employment, and 401(k), vacation, and sick time available at 90 days of employment
