Our software supports not only freight forwarding and customs brokerage operations, but also key accounting functions that are critical to daily business management. We help logistics companies improve efficiency, manage operations more effectively, and better serve their customers through reliable software solutions and dedicated support. Position Overview We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Irvine, CA. This position will be responsible for supporting existing customers, providing remote software training, assisting users with daily software-related questions, and introducing Suntek's software solutions to prospective customers. The ideal candidate is professional, customer-oriented, comfortable learning business software, and interested in the logistics and technology industry. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support to Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers using Suntek software Conduct remote training sessions for new and existing customers Assist customers with software usage, workflow questions, and basic troubleshooting Communicate with customers by phone, email, and online meetings Introduce Suntek software solutions to prospective customers Follow up with potential customers and support the sales process Work closely with internal teams to report customer feedback and improvement requests Help customers better understand and utilize the software for their daily operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service or customer support experience preferred Interest in software, logistics, freight forwarding, or customs brokerage Ability to learn business software and explain functions clearly to users Professional attitude and strong sense of responsibility Comfortable using email, online meeting tools, and business software Bilingual ability in Chinese or Korean is highly preferred Compensation This position starts at $28.00 per hour , with compensation negotiable based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and language skills.
