Every role at SympleTax exists to make that outcome happen. The Role We are hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a high-earning, performance-driven role for people who are confident on the phone, motivated by results, and want to be compensated based on what they actually produce — not what their manager decides to give them. Every lead you speak with has already expressed interest in resolving their IRS situation. You are not cold calling. You are not chasing uninterested people. You are having real conversations with real people who need help and are ready to talk. Your job is to listen, qualify, build trust, and close. What You'll Do Handle inbound calls and inquiries from individuals seeking IRS tax resolution All client interactions are warm, inbound leads. You will never cold-call. Conduct structured intake conversations to understand each client's situation — balances owed, tax years involved, filing status, and financial circumstances Present our Discovery & Investigation service and close the engagement on the call Guide qualified clients toward our full Resolution program Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline — your follow-up discipline is what separates good months from great ones Communicate professionally with clients throughout the intake process, setting accurate expectations Work closely with our Tax Resolution Director, who handles all IRS strategy and submissions — your focus stays on the client relationship Compensation —

Uncapped Structure:

$18-$19 per hour (paid bi-weekly, W-2) Uncapped Commission and Performance Bonuses (Can make $300k+!) Monthly performance bonuses at certain closes Top performers at SympleTax earn $150,000 to $300,000+ annually. These are not theoretical numbers — they are what happens when the right person runs the right process with full support behind them. What We're Looking For We do not require a background in tax or finance. We require the right person. Tax knowledge is something we can teach. What we cannot teach is confidence, drive, the ability to handle objections without flinching, and genuine empathy for clients who are scared about their financial situation.

You must have:

Confidence and composure on the phone The ability to build rapport quickly with clients Discipline and follow-through Self-motivation Coachability Basic computer proficiency Nice to have (not required): Prior sales experience in tax, financial services, insurance, or legal services Familiarity with IRS notices and resolution programs (OIC, Installment Agreements, CNC) Training & Support We invest in our reps because our reps are the business.
