Who You Are:
You are the right candidate for this job if you are comfortable and thrive in a commission only environment. This means you are a hunter. You hunt and kill deals in order to eat; if you don't hunt, then you don't eat. That being said, this is NOT a brute force sale. It involves timing, relationships, technology, finesse, collaboration, patience, and a keen understanding of your clients
ACTUAL NEEDS.
IT/Networking and Construction knowledge are helpful but not required. This position would be a good fit for you if: You are a natural self starter. You form relationships very quickly by being an authentic communicator. People trust you because you do what you say you're going to do. You become totally invested in your profession. You're well researched and this allows you to analyze your client's unique challenges with a building block methodical approach. You are honest and work hard. You care about the quality of work you do, and you truly care about your clients and the people that buy from you. If you are selected to be part of our team we will train you to understand the prospecting/consulting/sales process to a science: how to find opportunities, how to engage the prospective client/project, and most importantly, how to build rock solid solutions to protect their people, protect their businesses, and give them peace of mind.
