Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including face-to-face meetings and networking events Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor product and service solutions that meet customer requirements Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining positive relationships with clients Manage sales administration tasks such as tracking leads, updating CRM systems, and preparing proposals Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and refine strategies Experience Proven success in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently Multilingual or bilingual capabilities preferred to engage diverse customer bases effectively Experience in insurance sales or telemarketing is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly Knowledge of sales administration tools, CRM software, and marketing techniques Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate market data and customer feedback for strategic planning Join us as a Sales Producer and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding solutions!
