Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Used Car Salesperson to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automotive sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs and budget Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features and benefits with strong product knowledge Guide customers through the sales process, from test drives to financing options Build and maintain lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction Stay up to date on inventory, market trends, and product knowledge

Qualifications:

Previous automotive sales experience is required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong knowledge of automotive products and features Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills A professional and positive attitude with strong customer service focus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
