To enhance and accelerate the transition of coffee from a commodity product to a specialty item.POSITION
Route Sales RepresentativeJOB SUMMARY
: Route Sales representatives are responsible for writing, delivering, and merchandising orders to all stores assigned on their route. RSR's will drive a company issued vehicle along a specified route completing anywhere from 7 - 12 stops per day. In addition to servicing stores, RSR's are responsible for representing Whisha in a positive manner and providing customer service to the accounts assigned on their route. In order to qualify for this role, the candidate must be able to park the sprinter van at their house.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write orders in POS software.
- Deliver and merchandise orders utilizing the FIFO method to ensure freshness and reduce spoilage.
- Drive revenue by ensuring the appropriate levels of stock for all sku's in the schematic.
- Issue credits for expired product.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Provide proof of service details in Optimoroute software for each service stop.
- Conduct recurring inventory counts on your vehicle.
- Communicate any relevant service details to the operations team as necessary. SHIFT
- 5:00am - 1:30pm
- Monday - Friday
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Retail and merchandising skills.
- Possess a valid driver license.
- Clean driving record.
- High school diploma, GED, or military service
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
REQUIRED PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, candidates must be able to:- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Bend, squat, kneel, and reach low shelves
- Push and pull, and product loads.
- Stand, walk, and move continuously
