Job Description

Paz Auto Group is seeking a professional, motivated, and results-driven Automotive Sales Associate with a proven track record in vehicle sales. This individual will manage the entire sales process from initial lead contact to final vehicle delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment, is confident in closing deals, and has a strong understanding of automotive financing and ancillary product offerings. Paz Auto Group offers significant growth potential with access to approximately 200-300 incoming leads each month. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, committed to consistent follow-up, and capable of maintaining strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities. Our dealership maintains a diverse inventory of over 60 vehicles, including luxury, performance, and affordable daily drivers, allowing our sales team to serve customers across a wide range of budgets and needs. Responsibilities Conduct sales consultations and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits tailored to customer needs. Structure and desk deals using CRM and DMS software (training provided). Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values while meeting dealership objectives. Present and sell additional products and services, including vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, warranties, and accessories. Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate sales records. Provide exceptional customer service through professional communication, follow-up, and support throughout the purchasing process. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven sales record. Finance (F&I) experience or a solid understanding of ancillary products such as VSC, GAP, and extended warranties. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Experience using CRM and DMS systems. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Compensation Pay:
