This role is responsible for driving membership and personal training sales, delivering an exceptional member experience, and contributing directly to the club's growth. You don't just generate leads you build relationships, create trust, and help people commit to real change. You will execute proven sales systems, maintain high standards of professionalism, and bring urgency and accountability to every interaction. When sales grow and members stay engaged, it's because you made it happen. Member & Guest Experience Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for every member and guest Engage with members on the floor to build relationships and identify needs Deliver exceptional service from first interaction through ongoing engagement Respond to all inquiries promptly and professionally (in-person, phone, digital) Support a clean, organized, and safe club environment at all times Contribute to a culture where members feel supported, motivated, and valued Revenue & Sales Execution Drive membership and personal training sales to meet and exceed KPIs Generate leads through outreach, referrals, community engagement, and in-club activity Execute consistent follow-up to convert prospects into members Schedule and conduct appointments, tours, and consultations Close sales using ethical, member-focused practices Maintain accurate tracking of leads, appointments, and sales in CRM systems Support promotions, events, and marketing initiatives What We're Looking For A self-starter who takes ownership of results Strong communicator who can build trust and influence decisions Goal-driven with a competitive mindset Organized and consistent with follow-up and execution Passionate about fitness and helping others improve their lives Energized by working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

Schedule:

We required open availability for Monday - Thursday Afternoons & Weekends 9am - 3pm. Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry preferred Proven ability to meet or exceed goals Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and engage on the club floor for extended periods Ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs as needed
