The position requires flexibility in scheduling and work hours. This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for a proven relationship builder with existing contacts in Orange County healthcare and senior care communities. As part of this role, the employee is expected to: Attend occasional evening networking functions, community events, educational presentations, and weekend outreach activities; Respond in a timely and professional manner to referral sources, urgent client opportunities, and company leadership when needed; Maintain flexibility in daily scheduling to accommodate meetings with healthcare professionals and community partners; Represent the company professionally in the community and help support overall census and hours growth objectives. While schedules may vary based on business needs, the company supports flexibility and autonomy in managing time and outreach activities to achieve performance goals. The Business Development Outside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting your local home care agency in your community to help attract referral sources to Right at Home. This role involves building a strong reputation, maintaining current relationships, and connecting with new referral sources by networking and sales calls. This individual is also responsible for increasing care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline, and gaining market share for the local Right at Home office.

Veteran Organizations Responsibilities:
Develop referral relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, physicians, home health agencies, hospices, senior communities, and case managers Generate qualified client referrals Represent the company at community and healthcare events Maintain a consistent territory visit schedule Work closely with operations to ensure successful client onboarding
Qualifications:
3+ years healthcare business development experience Existing Orange County referral relationships preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and highly organized Proven track record of generating referrals and revenue
