Position:

The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Manager and Leasing Team in all administrative and customer service aspects of the leasing process. Ensure seamless communication, accurate reporting, and efficient execution of daily operations to achieve leasing goals and maintain exceptional service standards across the property. Serves as a key liaison between the leasing office, management, and residents, ensuring a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented approach to every interaction

Key Position Responsibilities:

Handles incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from prospects and new residents in a timely, professional manner. Provides direct support to Sales Manager in lead tracking, reporting, and document management Maintains and updates leasing data, prospect communications, and follow-up schedules in CRM systems. Assists with scheduling tours, preparing lease paperwork, and coordinating move-in processes. Trained to do move in Maintenance IQ walk. Supports resident retention initiatives by tracking renewals, sending notices, and assisting with renewal offers. Position is not a commissionable role and is not intended to be taking tours Weekend availability required. What you

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Customer focused mindset with problem solving aptitude

The position is required to be onsite full time at Blu Laguna Niguel Apartment Homes located at 27930 Cabot Road, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. Weekend availability required .
