Our product portfolio includes MOSFETs and diodes, available in discrete, module and bare die that combine high-performance with industry-leading reliability. For over a decade, SemiQ's experienced team has been working with customers from various application areas, including solar energy, EV charging, automotive, medical, and energy storage. From the initial concept stage through prototyping and production, we help design, test, and deploy high-density and optimized solutions, providing exceptional service and engineering support to all our partners within the shortest possible timeframe.
About the role:
Immediate Hire! SemiQ is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales, logistics, and marketing functions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate forecasting, and effective customer and distributor support, while also contributing to marketing initiatives and trade show execution. The ability to cross-collaborate across diverse teams all around the world is critical. If you are a self-motivated, experienced sales operations rock star, we want to meet you!Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotes to customers
- Enter, manage, and track orders in the ERP system; coordinate with production to provide status updates on open orders
- Generate and provide weekly shipping schedules to the logistics team
- Maintain and update sales forecasts and pipeline tracking files
- Monitor open opportunities and ensure consistent follow-up with internal sales teams and customers
- Respond to customer, distributor, and sales representative inquiries regarding products, pricing, and services
- Maintain and update pricing lists to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Prepare sales reports and analytics to support business decisions
- Collaborate with external marketing partners to develop catalogs, email campaigns, advertisements, and other promotional materials
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or 3-5 years previous experience
- Excel power user
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage customer interface, provide status updates to executive management, and to interface with all organizational groups.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Efficient in time management and able to juggle multiple projects at same time.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and accountability.
Bonus:
- Experience with SAP Business One
- Semiconductor experience
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per yearBenefits:
