Job Description

Position Title :
Sales Specialist General Responsibilities :
Sales Operations Support  Assist with daily sales administration and customer account management activities.  Support preparation of quotations, presentations, reports, and customer correspondence.  Maintain customer documentation and records.  Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and meeting summaries.  Support sales reporting and business performance tracking. Business Development & Market Research  Research and identify potential customers, new business opportunities, and market trends.  Assist with customer outreach and business development initiatives.  Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and business development materials.  Participate in activities related to new customer acquisition and customer relationship development. Customer Visits & External Relations  Accompany management during customer visits, audits, business reviews, and commercial meetings.  Participate in customer meetings throughout North America as required.  Prepare meeting materials and coordinate follow-up actions after customer visits.  Represent the company professionally during customer interactions and business engagements.  Assist with customer plant tours, audits, and special projects. Travel Requirements  Must be willing and able to travel domestically throughout the United States as business needs require.  Travel may include customer locations, manufacturing facilities, conferences, and business meetings.  Travel may involve overnight stays and multi-day business trips.  Ability to travel with management to support customer visits and business development activities. Customer Communication & Account Support  Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.  Receive, review, and distribute customer communications to the appropriate internal departments.  Coordinate and monitor customer requests to ensure timely responses and follow-up actions.  Maintain effective communication with customers regarding quality, production, logistics, engineering, and commercial matters.  Support customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues and concerns.  Maintain customer contact information, records, and communication logs. Additional Responsibilities  Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by management.  Assist with external business activities and company representation efforts.  Participate in training and professional development opportunities.  Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business growth and operational needs.  Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to support issue resolution.  Escalate critical customer concerns to management when necessary.
Qualifications :
Education  Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, International Business, Communications, Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Experience  Previous experience in sales support, customer service, customer relations, business development, manufacturing, automotive, or related fields preferred.  Experience working in a customer-facing environment is preferred. Skills & Competencies  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Bilingual English and Korean proficiency strongly preferred.  Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.  Strong organizational and time-management abilities.  Ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.  Professional presentation and customer interaction skills. Other Requirements  Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically.  Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with customers and business partners.  Willingness to learn new responsibilities and adapt to evolving business needs. Physical Requirements  Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.  Ability to travel by air and automobile as required.  Ability to attend customer meetings, plant tours, and business events.
