Plumbing Sales Advisor Ultimate Staffing Services - 3.8 Livermore, CA Job Details $35 - $45 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Plumbing Hot water heating systems Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description bout the Role We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor with experience in the plumbing and water heater industry to join a growing team. This is a field-based position, serving as the first point of contact for homeowners experiencing plumbing issues. You'll build trust, assess problems, present solutions, and guide customers through the buying decision before handing projects off to the installation team.
Compensation Base pay:
$35-$45/hour Total earnings: $125K-$236K+ annually (base + commission) Flexible compensation structure including hourly, commission, or a combination Key Responsibilities Provide 5-star customer service and create a strong in-home customer experience Respond to both service calls (e.g., leaks, water heater issues, backups) and maintenance visits, generating sales opportunities on both Perform home inspections to identify issues and recommend long-term solutions Build rapport with homeowners and educate them on options to support informed decisions Diagnose plumbing and water heater systems and present tailored solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales advisor experience within the plumbing and/or water heater industry Strong ability to close sales while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a field-based, high-volume environment Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
