Job Description

Merrell at San Francisco Premium Outlets is seeking a Part Time Keyholder to become an integral part of our team! We offer flexible scheduling, an awesome discount, and product awards! You will be responsible for assisting guests by recommending & selling products in a retail setting to drive company revenue. As a member of the management team you will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve goals and lead the team.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and identify their needs Explain & recommend products Monitor inventory to ensure sales floor is filled Enter and process customer orders Open and close the store

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build friendly rapport with customers Positive energy & enthusiasm to help others Work for a stable company with a fun team environment with flexible scheduling, an awesome discount & occasional product awards!
