This position is responsible for providing support to the sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks. A bachelor's degree, customer service/inside sales experience, ability to learn and adapt to using integrated accounting and material management software, expertise in tracking shipments and general logistics tasks, and 1-2 years of relevant experience is required. Experience working with SAP preferred . This is a full-time, hybrid, non-exempt position with bonus, excellent benefits and 401K.
Sales Coordinator Duties:
  • Act as the primary contact for customers regarding confirmation of orders and forecast requirements, track shipment to fulfill releases.
  • Contacts customers/suppliers to answer questions, resolve general problems, and provide general information.
  • Maintains vendor/customer accounts ensuring timely payment and receipt of invoices via SAP/Excel. Monitors customer credit and A/R collection. Monitors vendor consignment credit lines when applicable. Monitors customer credit limits. Issue debits and credits.
  • Performs month-end closing reconciliation, vendor payment report, accounts receivables reconciliation, internal transfers reconciliation, and audit support.
  • Oversee, manage, and reconcile inventory levels at processor and warehouses, utilizing data from contracts, purchase orders, shipping and receiving documents, invoices, accounting reports and generated log. Prepares reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages. Reports inventory increases or shortages
  • Coordinate warehousing and transportation. May negotiate rates with freight forwarding companies and track deliveries and shipments to ensure timely arrival of goods. Prepare shipping documents for customs clearance
  • Input SO/DO/Sales Posting/Print Invoice, MRP/FSS system set up and maintenance, Month End Purchase /Sale / Contract Bal /Inventory Check, Part Master Registration, Price Master Registration
  • Coordinates the timely payment of invoices
  • Prepares/generates accounting and other related reports via SAP/Excel.
Sales Coordinator Skills:
  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • Must have 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Must have customer service/inside sales experience
  • Must be able to handle general logistics tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
