What You'll Do as a Sales Representative Engage with customers through friendly, professional, and informative conversations. Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and service priorities. Present relevant products and service options clearly, highlighting key features and benefits. Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide accurate information throughout each interaction. Guide customers through the enrollment and account setup process while ensuring a smooth experience. Maintain accurate customer information, complete required documentation, and follow established procedures. Collaborate with teammates to strengthen customer engagement and work toward individual and team sales goals. What We're Looking For in a Sales Representative High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers in a direct, face-to-face environment. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach. Self-motivated with a positive and goal-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop new skills.
