Tony's Plumbing, Heating, and Air is looking for an HVAC Comfort Advisor who is driven, customer-focused, and passionate about helping homeowners find the right comfort solutions for their homes. Responsibilities:

Establish customer rapport to recommend the right products and services. Develop key client relationships, negotiating, and closing deals. Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team. Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing. Get potential customers excited about Tony's Plumbing, Heating, and Air and encourage them to spread the word. Help set aggressive sales plans and propose expansions.

Qualifications:

2+ Years of high-volume sales experience. Detailed and goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed. Excellent customer service skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent writing skills. Professional appearance. Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills. Strong understanding of the fundamentals of sales. Comfortable working directly with customers in their home. Ability to use Company-furnished technology. Valid CA driver's license. $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
