Part Time/Full-Time Crescent Supply is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Uniform Sales Associate to join our team. This is a specialized retail sales position serving law enforcement officers, correctional personnel, fire departments, first responders, and other public safety professionals . Our customers depend on us for accurate uniforms, proper sizing, department-specific requirements, alterations, embroidery, footwear, and equipment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professional customer service. Responsibilities Provide professional and knowledgeable customer service Assist customers with uniforms, apparel, footwear, duty gear, and accessories Learn and follow department and agency-specific uniform requirements Assist customers with proper sizing and uniform fit Accurately complete special orders, alteration requests, and embroidery information Process customer transactions accurately using our Point-of-Sale system Follow up on customer orders and special orders as needed Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked sales area Handle multiple customers and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Work independently and take initiative when completing assigned responsibilities Work cooperatively with other team members to provide excellent customer service Qualifications 1-2 years of retail sales experience required Excellent attention to detail Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable and punctual Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong team player Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable learning detailed product information and uniform requirements Professional appearance and demeanor Previous experience with uniforms, law enforcement, public safety, specialty apparel, or similar retail sales is a plus Background Check Required Because this position works closely with law enforcement agencies, fire departments, correctional personnel, and other public safety professionals , candidates selected for employment will be required to successfully complete a background check as a condition of employment , consistent with applicable law. Compensation $16.90

• 17.50 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time compensation is approximately $35,000
• 36,400 annually , depending on hourly rate and hours worked.
