Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as a BDC (Business Development Center) Automotive Salesperson, where your enthusiasm and sales expertise will drive customer engagement and dealership success! In this energetic role, you will be the vital link between prospective buyers and our inventory, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and sales acumen to generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert inquiries into satisfied customers. Your proactive approach and passion for automobiles will help elevate our dealership's reputation while providing an outstanding experience for every client. Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels to generate interest in our vehicle inventory Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, preferences, and financial considerations to tailor vehicle recommendations Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions and follow-ups Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, accessories, or financing options to maximize sales opportunities Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations for prospective buyers Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds Support inventory management by providing feedback on vehicle demand trends and assisting with inventory control efforts Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail sales environments with a focus on high-end or automotive products Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader customer base Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools to organize leads and track progress efficiently Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple prospects simultaneously Knowledge of automotive sales processes, inventory management, and dealership operations is preferred Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, along with a customer service-oriented mindset Join us today as we drive success together!
