$53,000.68 - $132,345.16 annually About the Role Car Pros is looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Salesperson to join our sales team. In this role, you will help customers find the right new or used vehicle while providing an exceptional, professional buying experience. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about vehicles, comfortable working with customers, motivated to achieve sales goals, and committed to ethical and compliant sales practices. Key Responsibilities Sell and lease new and used automobiles, trucks, and vans. Become a product expert by understanding current vehicle features, benefits, and competitive models. Explain vehicle features and demonstrate vehicle operation in the showroom and on the road. Present vehicle pricing and cost proposals to customers. Use only legal, ethical, and professional sales techniques. Complete manufacturer-required certifications and keep them current. Protect customer confidential information and comply with applicable laws and company policies. Meet or exceed monthly sales and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) requirements. Ensure vehicles are properly prepared and delivered to customers. Prospect for new customers through telephone calls, letters, personal contacts, and other approved methods. Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction and generate potential referrals. Learn and follow the Car Pros sales system. Maintain accurate sales activity and customer information in VinSolutions. Treat all customers and members of the public courteously and without discrimination. Maintain a professional demeanor and never use profanity while on the job. Follow dealership sexual harassment, non-discrimination, and employee handbook policies. Maintain ongoing compliance with Car Pros policies and procedures through Compli. Follow Car Pros dress-code standards and wear your Car Pros Employee ID badge daily. Driving Responsibilities This position requires employees to move and demonstrate vehicles, including: Moving new and used vehicles for customers.
