Sales Representative Affordable Window Coverings - 4.5 Murrieta, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $55,000 - $140,000 a year 23 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Flexible schedule Qualifications Sales Windows High school diploma or GED Driver's License Driving Product demos Marketing Customer site (as sales environment) Retail sales Full Job Description In Home Sales Representative needed for a well-established Home Improvement company for qualified leads in the South Riverside and North San Diego County region, specializing in window coverings such as Shutters, Blinds, Shades, and drapery treatments. No Cold Calling- Leads are generated for you! Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients in their home or business. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Product training will be provided for vendor specifics, but past experience in the Window Covering or Home Improvement industry is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Meeting or exceeding sales goals. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. Preparing daily sales results. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. Understanding and promoting company programs. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Maintaining client records and effective communication through various CRM portals. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High School graduate minimum, with higher education preferred. Three to five years prior sales industry experience. Reliable transportation with good driving record Will be required to obtain an In-Home Salesperson License with the CSLB, consisting of Live Scan and background checks.
