Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to meet their wireless needs Demonstrate products through engaging demos, highlighting features and benefits to encourage upgrades and new purchases Assist customers with selecting suitable plans, devices, accessories, and services that fit their lifestyle Conduct product merchandising and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive customer experience Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via calls or inquiries, ensuring clear communication at all times Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Supervising experience in retail or customer service roles is a plus for leadership opportunities Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills are advantageous Ability to conduct product demos confidently and educate customers effectively Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse communities effectively Strong communication skills combined with friendly phone etiquette help build lasting customer relationships Experience in merchandising, stocking, or working in a grocery store environment can be beneficial for understanding retail operations Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier wireless solutions!
