COMMISSION!
Our reps earn anywhere from $80-150K in commissions and performance bonuses. Our top reps are earning over $200k! What You'll Do (Inside Sales Representative) Conduct high-volume outreach (150-250 outbound calls/day) to insurance agents and agencies. Educate potential clients about our products and services, and drive sales. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure. Build and maintain lasting client relationships. Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and client communications in our CRM system. What We're Looking For Natural rapport builder, able to quickly connect with people over the phone. Strong phone & interpersonal communication skills; adept at handling objections and closing deals. Proven sales ability; comfort with hitting or exceeding targets. Experience managing full sales cycles. Comfortable working with CRM / sales-automation tools. Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Bonus if you have background in B2B sales, inside sales / tele sales, digital marketing, insurance sales, or related fields. Compensation and Benefits Guaranteed base salary of $45,000 plus
UNCAPPED
commission . Many of our reps generate $100 k-$150 k+ in commissions and bonuses; top performers can make $200 k+ . Upfront and residual commission opportunities. Health insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.
