We are currently seeking to add a talented professional to our Business Development Group. This entry level position is an excellent stepping stone into the lucrative commercial real estate brokerage business. As an Associate you will be assisting the senior brokers in business development while continuing to grow the client database. Primary responsibilities would include new business development and database management. The Saywitz Company currently maintains a database of approximately 100,000 companies throughout Southern California. All associates maintain a noncompetitive, proprietary database from which they contact decision-makers with various corporations. The position involves use of a computer and extensive lead generation phone skills. The right candidate will be dealing with corporate executives on a daily basis. You must have excellent communication skills, the ability to think on your feet and be detailed-oriented. This is a full-time position with hours of operation from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. No weekend work is required. The company offers a competitive base salary of $42,000
  • 50,000 per year. Additional compensation/bonus and benefits are merit-based and vary according to performance. New hires can expect to receive $60,000
  • $70,000 total compensation the first year, after base salary, bonuses, and commissions, increasing each additional year. The originating Associate receives a percentage of the commission that the company earns on a successful transaction. These commissions can range from $2,000
  • 20,000 per transaction. Currently the top Marketing Associates with the firm earn $80,000
  • 120,000 per year including base salary, bonuses and commissions.
The company is actively and aggressively looking for entrepreneurial individuals with the same goals and objectives. Any sales, marketing or phone experience is a benefit.
