Overall Responsibilities The Commercial Team Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Planning team and Marketing to execute commercial team support and manage process. This position will be proactive and execute ongoing sales support to the commercial team in their mission to gain and maintain new and existing product placement and promotion. This would include support for sample execution, trade ads, displays/PDQ trays, plan activations as well as support on all other sales tools including product images, specs, price lists, sales and broker forms, product catalog, sell sheets, etc. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties Work cross-functionally to develop any assets (merchandising, displays, content, product one-sheets, and any other conversion tools as well as the shopper toolkit) from start to Assist on all sales support tools including product images, specs, price lists, forms, product catalog, sell sheets, etc. for the field sales and broker teams Brief the creative studio team on the development of creative strategy, copy development and in-market execution and work with them to get to best-in-class creative Collaborate with and support sales and brand on Club, Ecommerce, Natural and FDM channels Assist with trade events, business planning and any sales meetings Ad hoc projects and reports as required
Skills and Abilities:
1-2+ years business experience preferably in Consumer Package Goods and in Sales/Marketing and/or Finance Ability to work independently and within team environment with proven cross functional work Business acumen Takes Initiative Sales and/or Commercial team support is strongly preferred Strong project management skills with high level of attention to detail Great communication skills both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic Demonstrates flexibility to adapt in fast paced environment Positive attitude Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to multi-task Strong problem-solving skills High proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Our Values
