Salary Range:

Create relationships from a cold start. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Career minded vision. Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Secure all Trailing Documents from customers. Develop new Financial Services opportunities. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
